Job Description : Summary :
This position is for a frontline therapeutic specialist who will be responsible for engaging healthcare professionals across all therapeutic areas in rich clinical dialogue by responding to unsolicited medical inquiries.
Responsibilities :
- Provide ad hoc customer support in the form of clinical discussions and / or literature search analysis.
- Assist with omnichannel processing and daily reconciliation support.
- Responsibilities also include compliance intake / reporting by identifying and documenting adverse event and / or product quality complaint(s).
- Interact with business partners external to the Medical Information Scientific Engagement (MISE).
