Detailed Job Description :
The Candidate should have 6 to 10 years of experience as Techno functional in Oracle PeopleSoft HCM suite NA Payroll.
HCM experience in Application Version 9.2 and Tools version 8.58 min
Plan, develop, review, and enforce enterprise architectural standards and ensure architectural strategies are consistently applied.
Should have good understanding of the latest features functionalities delivered by PeopleSoft and able to perform fit gap analysis of Upgrade independently.
Experience with Design and Development
Perform Code review and take ownership of Deliverables
Act as a PeopleSoft SME and interact with Client stakeholders effectively
Keep a pulse on the job market with advanced job matching technology.
