Active RN License (NH or Compact State)
Minimum 2 Years of Med/Surg Experience in a hospital setting
Certifications: BLS (Required)
Preferred Experience: Orthopedics, Bariatrics
Ability to Work Collaboratively in a Team-Oriented Environment
Strong Patient-Focused Approach
Willingness to Float to Medical Oncology if Needed
Dress Code: Any color scrubs
Weekend Requirement: 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule

- Unit Type: Med/Surg with Orthopedic and Bariatric focus
- Number of Beds: 27
- Patient Ratio: 5-6:1
- Staffing: 5-6 RNs, 2-3 LNAs per shift
- Common Cases: Orthopedic surgeries (knees, hips, shoulders, cervical), bariatric surgeries
- Floating Area: Medical Oncology
- Equipment Used: Hoyer lifts, CPM (Continuous Passive Motion) machines
- Charting System: Code Cart
