Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide leadership in coordinating and delivering high-quality patient care in a Telemetry unit. This role involves utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide, delegate, supervise, and document patient care. The RN will effectively communicate essential patient and family information to the healthcare team, participate in problem-solving for patient care variances, and ensure the implementation of solutions.

Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of Telemetry experience.
- Strong clinical knowledge and analytical abilities to develop effective nursing care plans.
- Ability to perform a broad range of professional nursing services.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare personnel.
- ACLS certification required.
- At least 1 year of experience using Cerner.
