Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Agile Lead to drive the successful delivery of complex IT and system integration projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, optimizing delivery processes, and aligning project outcomes with business objectives. This role requires strong stakeholder engagement skills, a strategic mindset, and expertise in Agile methodologies to enhance team efficiency and product delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts, UX Designers, Solution Architects, and Technical Leads, to deliver high-impact projects.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and key deliverables, ensuring alignment with strategic business priorities.
• Implement and optimize Agile frameworks, improving team efficiency and reducing time-to-market for critical initiatives.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans to ensure smooth execution and delivery.
• Develop comprehensive project roadmaps and schedules, tracking progress against key milestones and deliverables.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within Agile teams.
• Engage with global teams across multiple time zones to ensure effective coordination and communication.

Qualifications & Experience:
• 5 years of experience in Agile project management, Scrum Master, or Agile Lead roles.
• Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Proven ability to lead and manage distributed teams in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.
• Experience in requirements gathering, backlog refinement, and dependency tracking.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong problem-solving and process optimization capabilities.
• Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Rally, or Trello.
• Knowledge of UX/UI processes, system integration, and digital transformation projects is a plus.

Understand the various agile frameworks, events and artifacts (i.e. scrum, Kanban), where they are fit for purpose and how to implement/apply with new and existing teams
Manage and facilitate team ceremonies including quarterly product planning, product owner syncs, backlog grooming, estimating and sizing efforts, release planning, sprint planning, standups and retrospectives.
Facilitate and coach to draft, track progress and continuously improve on Objective and Key Results (OKRs)
Coach teams and leaders in agile principles and practices, roles and responsibilities, and frameworks
Foster a continuous improvement environment in order to build high-performing, agile teams
Track and report on metrics for teams to measure progress, effectiveness of agile adoption, and agile maturity of the teams
Guide product management teams in their role, defining MVP's, developing product charters, product community maps, product roadmaps and release plans, story mapping, writing stories and backlog prioritization and management

Senior Scrum Master
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Three or more years of experience in Agile technology delivery
- Five or more years of experience in Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC) teams
- Three or more years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Strong knowledge of Agile values, principles and practices and capacity to understand specific needs or requirements to apply skills/knowledge
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification a plus
- Experience as a Scrum Master managing multiple teams simultaneously
- Knowledge of scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP, and other Agile frameworks Comfort with agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MURAL
- Experience with distributed teams, in multiple time zones
- Demonstrated ability to partner and communicate effectively with non-technical team members, resolving contending or contradictory objectives, and unifying disparate ideas into a homogenized solution
