Shift : Morning (7 : 00 AM-7 : 30PM)
Job Roles& Responsibilities :
- Providing direct patient care by monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing wound care.
- Responding to patient calls and addressing their immediate needs efficiently and effectively.
- Assisting patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility assistance.
- Turning and repositioning patients to prevent bedsores and ensure comfort.
- Administering prescribed treatments and therapies as directed by physicians and RNs.
- Ensuring proper nutrition by monitoring dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences.
- Communicating with healthcare teams to update them on patient conditions, care plans, and any changes.
