An outstanding, full-time opening has become available in the Raleigh, NC area for an individual with 1 5 years experience as an Architectural PM with a background in Commercial projects. This position would earn a generous base salary and a loaded benefits package including medical benefits, Life insurance, a 401K w / matching, bonus potential, a flexible spending account, PTO, and other outstanding perks.
All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration :
15 years of Architectural PM experience with Commercial projects is PREFERRED
Experience with Local Government, Education, and / or Faith Based projects is a BIG PLUS
Experience with Project Management responsibilities including Project Tracing, Consultant Coordination, design documentation, etc. is a MUST
Experience with REVIT and Bluebeam is a MUST
Bachelors Degree in Architecture from an accredited school is a MUST
Architectural license is REQUIRED
