An outstanding, full-time opening has become available in the Chacra, CO area for an individual with 5 years experience as a Project Manager / Estimator with a background in Commercial, Residential, Institutional, and Retail construction projects . This position would earn a generous base salary and great benefits package including medical benefits, a 401K w / matching, PTO and other outstanding perks.
All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration :
- Please DO NOT APPLY unless you have 5 years of Project Management and Estimation experience, working with projects in Commercial, Residential, Institutional, and retail construction is PREFERRED
- Experience with Concrete projects including : Flatwork, Foundations, Stairs, decorative concrete, Architectural walls, and other specialty work is a BIG PLUS
- Experience with Budgeting, Material Management, manpower planning , blueprint-reading, and Project Tracking is a MUST
- Familiarity assisting with submittals, pulling permits, and preparing reports is a PLUS
- Some knowledge of Bluebeam, Maxwell ProContractor, and Microsoft Excel software is a BIG PLUS
- Degree, Vocational School, and / or Certifications in Engineering, or Construction Management is PREFERRED
