An outstanding, full-time opening has become available in the Houston, TX area for a remote individual with 5 years experience as a Real Estate Acquisition Specialist with a background in investor relations, multifamily acquisitions, syndications, underwriting, and / or capital raising. This position would earn a generous base salary and a loaded benefits package including medical benefits, a 401K w / matching, Short / Long Term Disability, Life insurance, PTO and other outstanding perks.
All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration :
A bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field is REQUIRED; an MBA or equivalent qualification is a PLUS.
At least 5 years of professional experience in investor relations, multifamily acquisitions, syndications, underwriting, and / or capital raising is a MUST
Exceptional analytical skills, including expertise in financial modeling and deal structuring is a PLUS.
Comprehensive knowledge of multifamily markets, including key metrics and value creation drivers is a PLUS
Proficiency in Excel, Argus, and CoStar is a PLUS
