Less than 25% Domestic/International Travel is Required
Strong troubleshooting/problem solving skills involving complex electronic equipment Required
Responsibilities:
· Deliver technical support, installations, onsite demonstrations and training both domestically and internationally.
· Handle quote generation and issue repair reports
· Provide rotational support for 24/7 customer service call center
· Aid the Repair Department by performing evaluations and repairs of equipment
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
