What You’ll Be Doing:
- Take inbound calls/chats
- Update customer information based on call/text interaction
- Provide quality service to clients through knowledge of products and services
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, respond to queries and solve or refer problems
- Assisting members with their accounts that have had issues in the past as well as fix their current issues. Once this task is complete, agents will contact the said member and provide them an explanation on how to fix the issue or tell them the issue is resolved and they can now use what wasn't working before.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
