An outstanding, full-time opportunity has come available for a General Manager / Clinical Manager to join a well-established health careorganization that thrives on providing it’s patients with the highest possible quality of care.This position would receive an competitive salary , a great benefits package. The position is located in Parker, AZ area , near the beautiful Colorado River and just 40 miles from a variety of recreational activities in Lake Havasu.
Responsibilities
Directly supervise RN’s, Home Health Aides, and Social Workers in the Home health industry
Oversee performance improvement , quality management plans, as well as the development of the department policies and procedures .
Coordinate interdisciplinary care to patients within their homes including but not limited to : nursing, home health aide services, and medical social work
All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration
- Please DO NOT APPLY unless you hold a Current RN License in the state of CA
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing is Preferred
- Current CPR certification and valid Driver’s License
- 3 to 5 years of management experience in Home Health or Hospice care
- Experienced in overseeing staffing needs, productivity, and development
- Deep understanding of state and federal rules / regulations related to providing hospice services
- Experience leading a team to provide clinical services to patients in their homes and / or hospice setting is a MUST
