Required work experience includes :
- 5 years of Litigation experience including Written Discovery, Depositions, Mediations, Hiring Experts, is a MUST
- Demonstrated experience running and managing own case load is a MUST
- Experience litigating Personal Injury, TBI, Catastrophic Injury, Construction, Corporate, Business or Employment Cases is a BIG PLUS
- Active MA Bar Admission is a MUST
Additional Bar Admissions for RI or CT is a BIG PLUS
