What You’ll Be Doing:
- Support daily production activities and ensure smooth shop operations
- Complete routine maintenance checks (oil levels, chip removal, bar loading, etc.)
- Operate chip spinner and assist with other shop equipment
- Clean and deburr precision-machined parts
- Package finished parts for shipment
- Help with maintenance projects and keep the shop organized
- Assist with entry-level machine operation (depending on experience and growth)
- Jump in on other duties and projects as needed

- Strong mechanical aptitude – if you love figuring out how things work, you’ll thrive here
- A self-motivated, reliable team player with a strong work ethic
- Good understanding of basic measurements and tools
- Excellent attention to detail – quality is key in everything we do
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.50 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
