Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and implement appropriate webMethods components.
- Platform architecture, design, development and administration; solution design and implementation.
- Design and implement secure, scalable integration solutions using industry best practices.
- Design solutions using API management, cloud Integration, Hybrid-Integration.
- Build integrations using XML, EDI, Flat Files, Java, Web Services (SOAP/REST).
- Evaluate and enhance existing systems, proposing improvements and optimization strategies.
- Present technical recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ensure adherence to standards, best practices, reusable components, and methodologies.
- Provide on call/weekend/after-hours support as needed.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- 8 -10 years of experience with the webMethods suite of products.
- In-depth expertise in webMethods design and architecture.
- Experience with webMethods 10.x versions.
- Strong knowledge of web services architecture and large-scale business system integrations.
- Hands-on experience with key webMethods components, including Integration Server (IS), MWS, UM, Mediator, Enterprise API Gateway.
- Proficiency in designing and developing RESTful and SOAP web services.
- Experience with Designer/Developer, MWS/Monitor, Java Services, and Portlet UI Interfaces.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using Ansible and Git.
- Understanding of Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms.
- Proficiency in Shell scripting and working with Oracle databases.
- Experience working with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 8.x/9.x.
- Ability to work across multiple teams in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
- Experience with BPM, CAF, BAM solutions using webMethods suite.
- Strong customer interaction and communication skills.
