Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Chief of Staff to support the Chief Operating Officer. In this role, you will lead internal initiatives to operationalize and optimize the sales programs that we offer to Eterna s 100 independent health & life insurance agents. As a critical part of our operations team, you will directly report to the COO and help to shape and execute strategies to scale the impact our existing agents, recruit new independent insurance agents, and enable data-driven decisions to improve our operation efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Support: Partner with the COO to manage and execute the company s operational priorities that align with Eterna s growth strategy.
  • Project Management: Oversee critical cross-functional projects and initiatives, tracking progress and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Streamline Operations: Identify and address bottlenecks in operational processes, implementing systems and tools to drive efficiency and scalability.
  • Data Analysis: Provide actionable insights by gathering and analyzing data related to key performance metrics, operations, and strategic initiatives.
  • Company-wide Alignment: Serve as a communication bridge across teams and departments to encourage collaboration and maintain consistent prioritization across departments.
  • Scaling Operations: Collaborate with the Executive Team to build and refine processes that support our rapidly growing team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in business, marketing, analytics, engineering, or other related quantitative discipline
  • 3 years of experience in operations, project management, or consulting, ideally in a high-growth or tech-enabled environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing presentations and reports for senior leadership.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Excel, SQL, Dashboarding tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau)
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to build strong relationships across teams and stakeholders.

We are seeking a dynamic and data-driven Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead internal initiatives to improve/optimize the sales programs that we offer to the 100 independent health & life insurance agents. As a critical part of our operations team, you ll shape and execute strategies to scale the impact our existing agents, recruit new independent insurance agents, and enable data-driven decisions to improve our operation efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Growth Planning:
Develop, implement, and refine growth strategies aligned with company objectives, leveraging data-driven insights to prioritize.

Platform Owner for Growth Tools/Systems:
Identity, optimize, and maintain new and existing tech vendors (i.e. platforms) in collaboration with our existing development team. This includes the ability to manage, seamlessly integrate, and provide direction to our development team on no-code, low-code systems including but not limited to ads managers, CRMs, lead distribution systems, data analytics software

Customer Acquisition & Retention:
Design and execute innovative campaigns and initiatives that attract, engage, and retain customers across digital and offline channels.

Performance Optimization:
Analyze metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of growth strategies, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.

Collaboration & Leadership:
Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, data analytics, and operations teams to align efforts and drive cohesive growth strategies.

Experimentation & Innovation:
Test, iterate, and scale new ideas quickly, maintaining a culture of innovation while managing risk and resources.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field

2 years of experience in growth strategy, marketing, or a related role within a high-growth, tech-driven environment.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel).

Proven track record of driving measurable growth in customer acquisition and retention.

Experience in growth marketing channels, including paid media, SEO, email marketing, and partnerships.

Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment.

A customer-centric mindset with a passion for innovation and creative problem-solving.
