- Serve as the initial point of contact for prospective customers , answering inquiries and providing accurate information about our clients products and services
- Engage with customers and successfully execute presentations on behalf of our clients to drive new enrollment and increase sales
- Assist customers throughout the enrollment process, guiding them through necessary paperwork, procedures, and agreements
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential leads and provide them with necessary follow-up communication
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our clients services, pricing, and offerings to effectively address client questions and concerns
- Utilize CRM software to accurately document client interactions, update information, and track progress throughout the sales cycle
