Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Entrepreneurship or related field (preferred but not mandatory). Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in the residential sales industry. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is a plus. Prior customer service or sales experience is advantageous but not required.
