We are looking for a Sales Trainee to support our Senior Client Service Managers to oversee the successful completion of our client's customer outreach initiatives in the local area.

Sales Trainee Responsibilities:
- Execute promotional outreach campaigns with fellow Sales Trainees to aid in developing an engaging brand identity and a larger customer base
- Create excitement around our client's brands with the goal of increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Give quick presentations to potential customers to promote our client's brand and increase profit margins
- Track and manage all customer questions and concerns
- Suggest ways to expand our clients' potential outreach in the local market
- Stay in compliance with all company and client standards
- Follow all of our client and company guidelines
- Work with fellow Sales Trainees to oversee the day-to-day operations of an assigned territory
- Background in the hospitality, customer service or service industry is preferred
- The ability to problem-solve and think critically is a must
- Experience in client or brand management
- Comfortable with presenting to both large and small groups of people
- Extremely effective communication skills and a natural ability to connect witty people
- A strong desire to work in marketing, business development, or brand management
- A passion for helping others and giving back to the community
- Must be able to work full-time hours
- Must be able to work in-office and at our events
- Must be able to travel locally
