Responsibilities :
- Warmly greet and promptly seat guests with courtesy and professionalism
- Manage reservations and efficiently accommodate walk-in guests
- Keep menus organized and up-to-date
- Maintain cleanliness of the host station and surrounding areas
- Answer phone calls, providing information or directing them as needed
- Ensure the front-of-house area is always well-presented and welcoming
- Assist guests with inquiries, providing personalized service
- Collaborate with restaurant staff to manage seating flow smoothly
- Support other tasks such as bussing tables, running food / drinks, and polishing glassware
