Role Overview
We are hiring a Head of Clinical Operations to architect and scale Eternal's clinical infrastructure. This person will be the driving force behind our ability to deliver exceptional longevity and performance medicine at scale. This is a dynamic leadership role where you'll build the systems, processes, and teams that enable our clinical teams to provide outstanding care to our members. As Head of Clinical Operations, you'll be at the intersection of medicine and technology, working alongside our Chief Medical Officer, product teams, and engineers to create an innovative care delivery platform. As we are at an early stage, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the foundation of our clinical operations and define how we scale remarkable care. Key Responsibilities
Clinical Operations & Quality
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and design new clinical care protocols in collaboration with the Chief Medical Officer
- Build and optimize scalable systems for delivering remarkable care via telemedicine and in-person clinics
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state healthcare regulations
- Manage clinical team credentialing, licensing, and privileging processes
