We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Google Marketing Manager / Content Creator to join our marketing departnent! In this role, you will manage and optimize our digital advertising efforts across marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, Instagram, Facebook, Websites, etc.

You will play a key role in driving brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation to maximize ROI and improve overall campaign performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO's, Local Service Ads, and digital marketing, along with the ability to create and execute strategies to achieve business goals. Key Responsibilities:
Google Ads Campaign Management:
- Create, optimize, and manage paid search, display, and video campaigns across Google Ads. Monitor campaign performance and adjust bids, targeting, keywords, and ad copy to improve results.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Use Google Analytics to analyze traffic, user behavior, and conversion data to optimize campaigns. Provide regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations to the marketing team and leadership.
Keyword Research & SEO Support:
- Conduct keyword research to identify new opportunities for paid search campaigns and collaborate with the SEO team to ensure alignment between paid and organic strategies.
Website Optimization:
- Implement creative posts, landing pages, and bidding strategies to continuously improve conversion rates and campaign effectiveness.
Budget Management:
- Manage campaign budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI while adhering to allocated spending.
Content Creating:
- Make eye catching content (photos and videos) with images and videos completed by our company.
- Stay up to date with the trends in the industy and implent changes if needed.
- Expereince with video editing.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- 2 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns across search, display, managing SEO's, Local Serivce Ad's and Website management.
- Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing is a plus.
- Proficient in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other related tools.
- Strong understanding of SEM (Search Engine Marketing), SEO's, CPC, CPM, and other digital advertising metrics.
- Experience with keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to optimize campaign performance.
- Familiarity with landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Certifications:
- Google Ads certification is required.
- Google Analytics certification is preferred but not mandatory.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
