Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Injector to join our healthcare team. As a Nurse Injector, you will be responsible for administering injectable treatments, ensuring patient safety, and providing exceptional care to our clients. Duties
- Administer injectable treatments, including but not limited to Botox, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic procedures.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate medical records and document all procedures performed.
- Monitor patients for any adverse reactions post-treatment and provide necessary follow-up care.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Stay updated on the latest techniques and advancements in injectable treatments.
- Educate patients about procedures, potential risks, and aftercare instructions.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe clinical environment.
Requirements
- Valid nursing license with experience in a clinical or aesthetic setting preferred.
- Strong knowledge of physiology and medical systems related to injectable treatments.
- Familiarity with airway management techniques is advantageous.
- Experience with medical records management is essential.
- Understanding of workers' compensation law as it pertains to patient care is a plus.
- Knowledge of infectious disease care practices is beneficial.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
