What You’ll Do
As a Maintenance Technician , you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Perform mechanical duties, including troubleshooting and repairing electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Navigate and operate HMI interfaces on automated and robotic equipment.
- Diagnose equipment issues and make necessary adjustments to keep things running smoothly.
- Execute regular preventive maintenance routines to ensure optimal machinery functionality.
- Apply your skills in welding (TIG, MIG, ARC), fabrication, and machine repair to support production needs.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to streamline maintenance processes.
- Take ownership of spare part inventory control and ensure cost-efficient operations.
- Travel occasionally to other locations for training and support—expanding your knowledge and expertise.
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
- A high school diploma or GED, plus completion of a craft apprenticeship or equivalent experience.
- 4 years of manufacturing experience involving electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems, with PLC proficiency.
- Strong technical capacity, ethical conduct, and results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Experience with CMMS and inventory control systems.
- An Associate degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance.
