Your Role:
As an Electronic Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling, soldering, inspecting, painting, reworking, conformal coating, and encapsulating electronic components. You will also conduct safety and shelf-life audits to ensure compliance with company standards.
Electronic Assembler Responsibilities:
- Soldering electronic assemblies in accordance with J-STD-001 and company standards
- Verifying component values per technical documentation
- Interpreting blueprints, customer drawings, and specification sheets
- Handling materials and components properly to maintain quality standards
- Recording data on completed work and any defects
- Adhering to company policies and procedures
- Performing additional tasks as needed
- Ability to read and follow assembly drawings and procedures
- Basic computer skills for accessing drawings and documentation
- Proficiency in using hand tools, inspection gauges, and mechanical/electrical equipment
- Strong math skills, including the ability to read a ruler
- Willingness to work mandatory overtime as required by workload
