Material Handler Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Forklift certification required.
- Knowledge of weighing scales and ability to perform weigh counts.
- Strong organization skills to ensure accurate and timely delivery of materials to assemblers.
- Ability to read and create labels.
- Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
- Must be able to work the 2nd shift (3:30 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Operate forklifts to move materials throughout the plant.
- Create labels for receiving and organize parts accordingly.
- Remove waste materials such as cardboard and maintain cleanliness in work areas.
- Assemble and reassemble racks as needed.
- Perform inventory counts for the buyer or planner.
- Pack actuators and other materials as required.
