Location: Hopewell Junction, NY (and additional locations)

Position Details:

• Type: Per-Diem with Set Schedules (Part-Time / Full-Time)
• Compensation: $18/hour
• Availability: Weekends may be required
• Status: Temp-to-Hire
• Setting: Residential Group Home for Adults and Children (on-campus)

Residential Group Home Aide Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate care and supervision to residents.
• Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and recreational activities.
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all residents.
• Collaborate with team members to implement care plans and activities.

Residential Group Home Aide Qualifications:

• A caring and patient demeanor with a commitment to helping others.
• Previous experience in residential care or a similar setting is a plus but not required.
• Flexibility to work weekends as needed.
