Project Superintendent

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Superintendent to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project, ensuring that it is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and laborers, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Review project plans and specifications, ensuring that all work is performed according to the established schematics.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop timelines and schedules for project completion.
• Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily logs, reports, and correspondence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction management or a related field is essential.
• Familiarity with multifamily construction is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive performance.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
• A commitment to maintaining safety standards on-site.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
