Demonstrating a consistently high level of quality and execution in every dish, and developing new menu items utilizing a variety of local and seasonal PNW ingredients, handmade pastas, as well as classic regional Italian products are key aspects of the Chef position. Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques and recipes
- Understanding of and experience with various kitchen equipment
- Comprehensive knowledge of health & safety regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong time management and ability to delegate appropriately
- Current Food Handlers and ServeSafe Permits
- A culinary school diploma is strongly preferred
