Located in Seattle's Queen Anne neighborhood, How to Cook a Wolf pays homage to MFK Fisher and the philosophy of taking simple ingredients and transforming them into culinary splendor. The food is uncomplicated and rustic. Our fare is an ever-changing menu of Italian-inspired sharable plates, both large and small, along with our popular homemade pasta.

Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques and recipes
- Understanding of and experience with various kitchen equipment
- Comprehensive knowledge of health & safety regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong time management and ability to delegate appropriately
- Current Food Handlers and ServeSafe Permits
- A culinary school diploma is strongly preferred
Salary : $80,000 - $105,000
