We are known for exceptional dining experiences, and our Sous Chefs should have excellent knife skills, the ability to work across all stations, and a keen eye for detail. - Competitive Pay -The Sous Chef is an hourly compensated leadership development role on the path to becoming a Chef with ESR. Our Sous Chefs makes between $70 and $75K, based on hours worked, and Overtime is authorized for this position, up to 5 hours per week.
