- Compensation-The Assistant Manager is an hourly management development role on the path to becoming a General Manager with ESR. Our AGMs' average wages range between 70K and 75K. This is based on a work schedule of 40 regular hours worked per week plus 5 scheduled authorized overtime hours worked per week.
