Requirements of a Community Outreach Representative:
- Directly interact with the public by executing community outreach and enrollment campaigns in an effort to reach new customers and drive sales on behalf of our client
- Establish genuine rapport with new and existing customers to increase customer retention and brand loyalty
- Recommend products and services by asking probing questions to determine the customer’s wants and needs
- Partner with fellow Community Outreach Representatives to identify areas of improvement for outreach and sales strategies in an effort to increase performance metrics
- Act as the main point of contact within the community for all inquiries or concerns
- Execute community outreach and sales campaigns throughout an assigned territory and establish genuine relationships with potential customers to create a referral pipeline
- Keep accurate records of all community interactions and sales orders
- Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
- 1-3 years experience as a Community Outreach Representative, customer service associate, sales, or related field
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as a team
- Highly organized and excellent time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
