**Job Title:** Sr. Cloud Architect
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Cloud Architect to lead our cloud architecture efforts and drive innovation in our technology strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality prototypes and proof-of-concepts (POCs) for development teams.
- Partner with other architects to develop an architecture vision and roadmap for the PrismHR platform.
- Collaborate with executive management to chart the technology strategy, considering technical and business trends and factors.
- Work with product leaders to design applications that support the product roadmap.
- Coordinate and drive the design and integration of major new capabilities into the product line with senior developers, ensuring that product design and technology choices anticipate future needs.
Requirements:
- 10 years of experience in all phases of software development life cycles in a web-based SaaS environment.
- Solid understanding of Agile Development methods and leading software development teams in Agile environments.
- Extensive AWS or other cloud experience.
- Hands-on experience with implementing DevOps technologies and practices.
- Proficient in node.js, Javascript and TypeScript, HTML5/CSS, relational and NoSQL databases, and data streaming/messaging technologies.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with multi-value databases, such as Unidata.
- Payroll or HR domain knowledge.
