Our client, an AmLaw 100 national law firm, is seeking a highly-qualified and motivated Commercial Finance Associate Attorney to join their Commercial Finance Group in Boston .
Candidate Profile :
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
- Bar Admission in Massachusetts, or willingness to become admitted.
- 1 years of meaningful experience in commercial finance, including representing bank and non-bank lenders and / or borrowers in transactions involving acquisition financing , working capital facilities , asset-based lending , and other types of financing.
- Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
