A premier litigation team is seeking an attorney with 2-5 years of patent litigation experience to work on high-stakes life sciences disputes . This role is ideal for candidates with ANDA and / or other pharmaceutical and biotech patent litigation experience , particularly those who are comfortable handling courtroom advocacy, depositions, and direct client interactions .
Position Responsibilities :
- Handle patent litigation matters in U.S. District Courts and before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB)
- Conduct legal research, case analyses, and draft pleadings
- Participate in fact and expert discovery , including depositions and strategy development
- Research and draft motions, claim construction briefs, and trial-related submissions
- Engage in trial preparation and advocacy as part of a dynamic litigation team
- Work directly with clients and opposing counsel on litigation strategies
