Position Responsibilities :
- Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, merger agreements, and entity governance documents (LLCs and LPs)
- Provide transactional support and strategic counsel to private equity clients
- Manage deal processes, coordinate with business teams , and oversee transaction execution
- Work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment , supporting complex private equity transactions
- Serve as a key advisor on structuring fund and portfolio company investments
