Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Attorneys to join our Las Vegas office. The ideal candidates will have experience or a strong interest in bodily injury, general liability, construction defect litigation, or a combination of these practice areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a caseload involving bodily injury, general liability, and/or construction defect matters from inception to resolution.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
- Provide strategic legal counsel and guidance to clients.
- Work closely with senior attorneys and partners to develop case strategies.
- Conduct thorough investigations, including gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses, and consulting with experts.
- Ensure compliance with legal standards and firm policies while meeting deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in Nevada.
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
- Excellent oral advocacy and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in bodily injury, general liability, or construction defect litigation is a plus but not required for entry-level candidates.
