Location: Middletown, PA . One week per month (Mon-thu) on site and remote otherwise

Job Description

• As a Cyber Security Architect on a small project team, We are looking for an individual with a focus on design and architecture, but with the hands-on skills to lead the deployment of those designs.
• Primary skill sets should be around Azure, securing a greenfield build, they will be expected to work closely with the infrastructure team, IAM Engineer, and Security Team to implement their designs across the system. This will involve areas such as data security, network security including PaloAlto Firewalls, PCI. The individual should be able to lead these discussions and implementation while also relying on experts as needed for area like ADO, SAP, Sailpoint, etc.
• Experienced in managing Azure Security Posture using Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Azure Policy, and Secure Score optimization across hybrid environments.
• Proficient in configuring and administering Palo Alto Networks firewalls and security rules for enterprise perimeter defense and secure connectivity.
• Solid understanding of SAP security, including role-based access control (RBAC), audit logging, and integration with identity providers for secure enterprise resource planning (ERP) environments.
• Skilled in deploying and managing Carbon Black for endpoint detection and response (EDR), threat hunting, and malware protection across distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with Prisma Cloud for cloud workload protection, container security, and posture management in multi-cloud environments.
• Implemented and maintained endpoint protection platforms such as Cortex XDR, ensuring real-time threat detection and response.
• Conducted regular vulnerability assessments using Nessus, prioritizing remediation strategies based on CVSS scoring and business impact.
