Are you a proactive professional ready to lead delivery operations and provide exceptional customer service? Join Ethnix Group as a Route Leader, where you’ll work closely with a CDLA Driver to ensure seamless deliveries and outstanding customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading delivery operations by providing excellent customer service and resolving any concerns promptly.
- Collecting checks and payments from customers and ensuring accurate records.
- Loading and unloading trucks with products, preparing shipments, and inspecting delivery vehicles.
- Managing routes, schedules, and mandatory use of company systems like Smart Delivery and Route4Me.
- Maintaining compliance with safety and DOT regulations, including overnight stays when necessary.
- Supporting drivers by overseeing vehicle cleaning and maintenance.
- Communicating with customers about new products or services and assisting with merchandise setup as needed.
What You Bring to the Role:
- Education: High school diploma or GED.
- Experience: 1 years of relevant experience in delivery operations. Forklift/Pallet Jack certification is a plus.
- Skills: Strong customer service, organizational, and basic technology proficiency (Microsoft Teams, Excel, etc.).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and 150 lbs with assistance.
Work Environment:
- Exposure to variable temperatures and weather conditions in warehouses and on delivery routes.
- Interaction with moving machinery such as forklifts and mobile carts.
