Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling materials, operating heavy equipment, and ensuring the efficient flow of products within the warehouse.
Duties
- Operate forklifts, clamp trucks, and other heavy equipment to move materials
- Load and unload trucks with incoming and outgoing shipments
- Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and locate items
- Build and wrap pallets for shipping
- Follow safety protocols and OSHA guidelines for warehouse operations
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment
Requirements
- Experience in heavy equipment operation, including forklifts and clamp trucks
- Knowledge of materials handling techniques
- Proficiency in using RF scanners for inventory management
- Ability to load and unload shipments efficiently
- Mechanical knowledge for basic equipment maintenance
- Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $17.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
