● Establish a strategic relationship with clients and serve as a business consultant
● Uncover opportunities to drive growth (customer satisfaction & revenue)
● Guide and direct internal teams, so they can consistently perform above and beyond client expectations
● Be able to net $1M in client business per year
● Create, manage, review and analyze client facing reports
● Translate wins, opportunities and objectives to clients
● Monitor and present new and upcoming digital trends to clients
● Communicate effectively and frequently with clients
● Ensure program success, and adjust program accordingly to accommodate for changing environments
● Provide clear client feedback to internal teams
● Rally internal teams to create strategic recommendations and bring new ideas to the table
● Provide clear client feedback to internal performance teams
● Managing/pursuing contracts; upsell, amendments

● Mix of agency and in-house or client side experience
● 8 years digital marketing, strategy or account management experience
● Strong organizational skills and a hands-on approach
● Willingness to aggressively take on new responsibilities
● Willingness to travel
● Integrity, independence and a desire to apply your skills
● Excellent organizational and analytical skills
● Ability to represent and promote Ethology and demonstrate value added service to clients
● Experience with and up to date knowledge of the entire digital spectrum, including website and mobile
design and development, social media, paid media and search engine optimization
● Proven ability to navigate and lead large brands and organizations
● Ability to effectively manage several projects and/or accounts at once
● Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school, MBA is a nice to have
Qualifications
Must be located in New York or Chicago
Must have 8 years of agency experience
