EBHG is hiring for a fully licensed outpatient therapist who would like to accept insurance-based and self-pay referrals at our lovely, boutique office located in River North. We are looking for a therapist who wants flexible hours, flexible commitment, and is interested in growing with a dynamic organization. Job Description
- Provide clinical services to individuals, groups, or families (based on preference and specialization) on a schedule that you determine.
- Collaborate with a robust clinical team virtually and with a small in-house team in-person via remote and in-office work, at your preference. We have plenty of space to spread out and stay safe!
- Gradually grow your caseload to the busyness level that you desire and be compensated on a fee split basis. Hourly rates apply to other tasks as assigned.
- Have the opportunity to create your own outpatient groups, if you'd like, and work on special projects of interest with the support of the organization.
- Maintain clients’ records by establishing treatment plans, maintaining progress and case notes; logging communication and events.
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

Qualifications for Employment
- Fully licensed to provide mental health treatment in the state of Illinois (required)
- Certified alcohol and other drug counseling (CADC) credential (preferred, not required)
- Highly-organized, self-motivated, collaborative, curious, and proactive
- Willing or interested in providing services in-office for some or all shifts - the therapist may provide virtual therapy from the office, but we would like to hire someone who would like to be present at the office as well on a semi-regular basis.
