Position Overview:
As an intern at Ethos, you’ll work closely with experienced educators and staff, gaining valuable insight into early childhood education practices, classroom management, curriculum development, and child-centered learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers with daily classroom activities and learning experiences.
- Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development through interactive play and educational exercises.
- Help create a welcoming and engaging environment for children and their families.
- Collaborate with team members on special projects and center events.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Art Therapy, or a related field (or a strong interest in the field or previous experience).
- Enthusiastic about working with young children and contributing to their growth and development.
- Excellent communication skills, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work in a fast-paced environment.
