ETHOS Operations Logistics Coordinators are the vital bridge connecting our internal team, clients, and vendor partners, igniting a well-planned, executed, and experienced event. This position is essential to the operations process through administrative support, file management, and team collaboration on all program elements. An ETHOS OLC plays a vital role in ensuring the success of events by supporting program logistics, helping to coordinate on-site operations, and providing essential administrative and internal team success.

- Actively support all aspects of operations including but not limited to site visits, agendas, client requests, gifts, presentations, manifests, maps, resumes, staffing, booking transportations, costing, advancing venues, operating events, etc.
- Willingness and flexibility to work evenings and weekend hours as business needs dictate.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel regionally to support tariff and team development and training.
- Ability to drive to work and to event venues.
- Ability to work on feet 8-10 hours a day on-site as needed.
