Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement personalized financial plans for clients.
- Engage in proactive client acquisition through networking, marketing, and referrals.
- Provide expert guidance on investments, insurance, retirement strategies, and tax planning.
- Stay informed on market trends, financial regulations, and industry best practices.
- Analyze client needs and present tailored long-term financial solutions.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine business development strategies and outreach programs.
Marketing and Business Growth Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.
- Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, e-mail campaigns, and website content, to engage potential clients.
- Organize and participate in networking events, seminars, and workshops to build brand awareness and generate leads.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop targeted client outreach initiatives and referral programs.
- Analyze marketing performance data to refine strategies and maximize effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong communication & relationship-building skills to engage clients.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal oriented.
- Sales and leadership.
- SIE, Series 7, Series 66, CO Life & Health Insurance (preferred).
