About Our Ideal Candidate
We are looking for an experienced Inventory/Accounts Payable Specialist who can effectively manage our inventory, process accounts payable, and coordinate supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have a technical or associate's degree and 2 years of experience in Accounting or Purchasing, along with proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting applications.
Responsibilities
- Input vouchers, invoices, checks, account statements, reports, and other records into Accounting application.
- Process bills for payment, opening mail and matching payments to invoices.
- Utilize computer systems to run databases, pay bills, and order supplies.
