Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality physical therapy services to patients with various needs and conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and goals.
- Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations.
- Provide hands-on treatments, including exercises, modalities, and other interventions as needed.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordinate discharge planning.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess the following qualifications:
- A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
- A valid license to practice physical therapy in the state of Oregon.
- Current certification in CPR/BLS.
- At least 1 year of experience working as a physical therapist in a similar setting.
