Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team. This is a travel opportunity with a 13-week commitment, working 36 hours per week on 12-hour night shifts.
About the Position
- Skillfully assess patients' respiratory status and develop treatment plans to improve lung function.
- Care for critically ill patients requiring invasive life support interventions, such as mechanical ventilation.
- Educate patients and their families on proper breathing techniques and disease management.
- Maintain accurate records of patient care and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- Respiratory Therapist licensure in the state of Washington.
- Current BLS certification.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of autonomy and self-motivation.
