Job Title: Travel Nurse RN Med Surg
Location: Norton, Virginia
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated RN for a travel nursing position in Med Surg at a top-rated healthcare facility in the region. The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to Med Surg patients, including assessments, treatments, and education.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information and interventions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and evidence-based practices in Med Surg nursing.
Requirements:
- Degree in Nursing (BSN or ADN) from an accredited institution.
- Active RN license in good standing.
- At least 1 year of experience in Med Surg nursing.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
